This integration turns your REGOS client base into an engaged audience: connect your mailbox (Gmail, Yandex, Mail.ru, etc.) and launch clear campaigns right from REGOS.Online or REGOS: Store Management. Messages are sent from your address, so recipients see a familiar sender name. Plain text and HTML are supported, along with a default subject and a display sender name.

How it works (SMTP in plain words)

SMTP is the “road” for outgoing emails. You provide your mail settings, and REGOS sends through your mailbox—improving trust and deliverability.

1. Outgoing mail server (e.g., smtp.gmail.com, smtp.yandex.ru, smtp.mail.ru).
2. Port: 465 (encrypted from the start) or 25.
3. Login: usually your full email address.
4. Password: with 2FA, use an app password.
5. Encryption: TLS as recommended by your provider.
