Choose FBS to sell from your warehouse or FBO to sell from Uzum. All connected shops share warehouse settings. Match each Uzum seller code to the numeric product code in REGOS.

FBS orders create shipments or retail orders in REGOS and are confirmed in Uzum after products and availability are checked. Stock sent to Uzum accounts for unfinished orders and safety stock. Shipments are posted after handover to Uzum.

For FBO, create a supply in your Uzum account. The integration creates a transfer from your dispatch warehouse to the warehouse representing goods held by Uzum. It posts after full acceptance of every product. Until then, stock remains at the dispatch warehouse. Discrepancies or changes in contents require review.

FBO sales are recorded after delivery to the buyer and sale confirmation in Uzum. Customer returns create return documents. Returns from the Uzum warehouse create reverse transfers to your dispatch warehouse. After receiving a return, post its document in REGOS. The next exchange verifies it; Uzum must pack the full quantity for warehouse returns. Complete retail sales and returns at the REGOS checkout.

The first FBO run skips existing supplies, warehouse returns and sales from older orders. Enter opening balances yourself. Repeated runs continue working with existing documents. Manually changed transfers are not overwritten.

Prices are updated from REGOS in Uzbek sums and are shared across Uzum fulfillment schemes. Uzum controls FBO stock. Configure a schedule for regular updates. Supply discrepancies pause sales on that warehouse. Reconcile, correct and post the transfer in REGOS. Pending returns do not block sales or prices. Uzum fees and payouts are not recorded.
