The Telegram bot turns customer chat into an order channel connected to REGOS. A customer browses the catalog, adds items to the cart, shares contact details, and places a delivery order.

• The catalog uses the selected price type, stock balance warehouse, and product group limits.
• Orders are created in REGOS through DocOrderDelivery/AddFull with customer, address, location, and comment data.
• A new customer can be created automatically from the Telegram contact phone number.
• When card creation is enabled, the bot issues a customer card through RetailCard/Add or shows a manual creation button when no card exists.
• Work hours, minimum order amount, address requirement, and delivery type requirement can be tuned for the store workflow.
